We all are aware of the epidemic Corona virus and there are lot of articles to guide you on how to take precautionary measures.
These measures have to be followed to be safe from the pandemic Corona. Out of which one is to be quarantined for sometime and to avoid public places.
Here I am not going to talk about the preventive measures which you already know, instead we will discuss on how we can fruitfully use the opportunity of time that we have got to spend with ourselves and the loved ones at home.
To be frank every one is not very satisfied or happy with the house arrest or work from home. Some are terrified with the idea of losing touch from the outside world.
Let us do our research query and check why this happens. The people who are happy with the Corona arrest to be at home, becomes a bit bored when time passes.
Why do people get bored with time?
Many people or we can say majority of us cannot be alone with our-selves. They are terrified to spend time with the person who is closest to them.
And That is themselves.
Moreover, this is the reason why many people have headphones on them most of the time when they are travelling.
In other words, many of us cannot sit with oneself and do nothing, but observe.

Firstly, let us all utilize this idle time just to observe how your body moves, how a thought arise and falls, how the body breathes.

And, in this case observation means to observe things as it is with out letting your mind to tag anything that you see.

In other words, observe as if you are just born. Look around, observe how the body moves. And, Just let loose.
With this, You will have that eternal experience of the moment.
Now let us start using this practice with eyes closed and then extend the practice with open eyes.
