Depression has got a lot of hype due to the fast moving lifestyle we are living today. And also that we are losing the much required connection with our fellow human beings. So, how to deal with someone who has depression?
With lot said and less that we understood, it is clear that everyone has some or the other remedy to deal with somebody who has depression.
But, most of those so called remedies are temporary blues.
That is, at once we feel happy for some moments and then again back to that depressed state.
Before we proceed with the treatment, it is very important to know the reason why people get into that depressed state of being.
Reason: Why people get into Depression?
Firstly, it is not by choice that people choose depression.
It is mainly due to the escapist nature that leads people into this trap.
And then, there comes a time of hopelessness and no fellow being to connect to.
That is, it all starts with a small segment of boredom which when comes in huge sacks, we give it a name of depression.
Further, this has been my personal experience, and the way I dealt with this is by understanding the real reason.
My deep research in this subject led me to a point that we are just detached from our true self.
Wherein, we should have been detached from our outer world.
And that is why many yogic gurus'(Teachers) said to lead a detached life.
But gradually I came to this conclusion that one should lead a detached yet connected life.

How to live a detached yet connected life?
I am sure you have got this question in mind!
To clarify, here I am not talking about being physically detached from every one and everything around and getting connected to yourself.
In here what I mean to say is, look at your surroundings in a detached way but be connected to surroundings.
In this context, it also means to be connected to your true self.
That is, there is a universal cosmic connection which is unique and it’s there in every living beings, including you and me.
So, if we find a solution to connect to that cosmic source, then we automatically get connected to the surroundings.
And this is what many meta quantum physicists and alchemists claimed, to be aligned and connected to the universe.

We all know and we all have got some or the other solutions for all our friends and families problems.
But when it comes to our own life, we are unable to solve the issues.

It is because we are very attached to our own body and when it comes to friends and families we are looking at their problems in a detached way.
This is one of the key!
That is, To look at depression in a detached way.
So one foremost thing that you can do is, read out this article or let the person read this for himself or herself.
It is because, if we learn the art of being detached from our body before looking at problems, then we realize that there is no problem at all.
In other words, there is nothing called as depression.
That is, you are just attached to your body so much that you think you are the body and the problems attached to it is your problem.
In simple words, it is like you are considering your friends problem to be yours.
Further, you are able to find solution for others is because you are not in the problem.
In the same way, the problems like depression, anxiety, boredom are not your problems.
It is your body’s problem and the main cause is that you are attached to your body and you presume your body to be you.
Wherein, the real truth is that your body is not you. Same like, your friend is not you.
For instance, you are driving a car and there is a breakdown in your car. That doesn’t mean you have got a breakdown.
It is your vehicle, your car that is in trouble and you find a solution to resolve it.
Likewise, your body(same like your car) is a highly evolved mechanism that you possess. But, That is not You.
The time you realize this experimentally, you will realize that depression, anxiety, boredom, etc were just thoughts or illusions of your body-mind mechanism.
And you were just connected(attached) to it by default, because of which you were suffering.
Finally, the time has come to realize that you are a separate entity and look at your body and mind as a distant friend.
